- Unless reserved for our sponsors, all golf bays are first come, first served.
- Open from 6:00 pm to 7:45 pm
FOOD
- Bar-B-Q Buffet
- Drinks: by ticket for specified drinks (see list at bar)
- Cash bar also available

Silent Auction – Two Phases
- Phase 1: Items #1-30 closes promptly at 7:40 pm
- Phase 2: Items #31-55 closes at 7:50 pm sharp
Winners should receive an email notice. Present your “winner notice” to claim items.
Please be patient – auction volunteers will package your item for you before you pick it up.
LIVE auction
Your live auction number is on the back of your program brochure.
- Payment by credit card or check at registration desk – not automatic as with silent auction.
- Auction staff will package your item for you before you check out.
KIDS auction
Two portions:
- Timed silent auction – closing in RANDOM phases every 5 minutes from 6:50 pm to 7:20 pm
- Blind Bid – submit a bid in a closed container, highest submitted bid (unknown to others) wins. Closes at 7:25 pm.
